Everyday Is A Ski Swap

Everyday is a Ski Swap at our Shop and in the midst of these uncertain times, one thing is still for sure: the ski community in Salt Lake is as passionate as ever, and the ski season is ramping up this year, just in a reimagined way. As resorts gear up to prepare for ski season while mitigating risks associated with COVID-19, us folks in the gear world are pivoting too, working within a reimagined model to provide consumers with the equipment they need to get back on the slopes.   We are very excited to announce that this past Saturday, we hosted our first outdoor, socially-distanced ski swap. The ski swap was our winter season kick off and showcased...

Small Act. Big Impact

The outdoors is where we spend all of our free time. And like so many outdoor enthusiasts, we’ve been stressing out about climate change for a long time. At a certain point, when we were feeling particularly frustrated with the current state of affairs, we began to recognize that we were part of the problem. Caring about climate change wasn’t enough. Donating to organizations that fight climate change was important but still not enough. Happy Earth Day

Cheers to friends and community members who are trying to make a difference. Small Acts - Big Impact is one of our core values at Lone Pine. Here are a few ways we have committed our business to uphold our values. We plant a tree for every order placed in our shop. We partnered up with One Tree Planted and in the 8 weeks we were open, we planted almost 1,000 trees! Check out this video:  We have a refill station in our shop for household goods to help reduce consumption of single use plastic. Folks can refill containers with hand soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, from great brands like EO and Dr Bronner's. We also sell biodegradable laundry and dishwasher pods, shampoo bars,...
