Thanks for choosing to trade your skis in with Lone Pine Gear Exchange! Now that you’ve received your new skis it’s time to send back your old ones. Follow the steps below to ensure your skis arrive safely and securely.

Pull your skis apart and lay them flat on a carpet or similar soft surface to prevent scratching or damage. Place the provided cardboard pieces over the heelpiece of each binding and use 2 rubber bands per ski to secure brakes in the retracted position.

Stack your skis on top of each other, bases out, with each tip facing the opposite direction and affix the cardboard tip/tail protector over one end of your skis.

*You may need to remove this piece from the box your new skis came in.*

Slide your old skis into the box your new skis came in with the cardboard tip/tail protector first.

Stuff the open end with the packing paper from your original shipment or whatever padding materials you may have around your household.

*Please use recyclable materials if not reusing original packing paper.*

Secure the open end of the box with household packing tape, and apply the return shipping label OVER your old label.

*Shipping carriers ask that you please avoid duct tape on packages.*

Drop your package at your local Post Office, UPS or Fedex drop-off point. Once we receive your skis, we carefully inspect them and process your refund.

REMINDER: If your skis are not in the condition described at trade-in submission, we reserve the right to adjust trade-in value refunds accordingly.
