Commission and Payout

LPGX members a receive tiered commission split based on the selling price of their consignment item: Items less than $100 receive a 50% commission Items $100 and over receive a 65% commission Above commission rates apply when cashing out any consignment commission via check. An extra 10% of the consignor’s commission becomes available for in-store purchases at the point of sale. Checks are printed upon request in person ($1 Check fee applies regardless of payout amount) and in store credit applies at the time of purchase. Unsettled item sale proceeds expire after 2 years

You will be notified via email the day your item sells. You can log into your consignment account to view sale proceeds and items presently for sale at lonepinegearx.consignoraccess.com/login. **Login info is emailed when consignor account is created.

Consignment Periods and Gear Pick Up Dates

Winter consignment is accepted year round with some exceptions based on current inventory. Items dropped off after april 15th will not be discounted during their current summer season, but rather will be discounted in the following winter season as if they were dropped off September 1st. Summer consignment is accepted from March 15th to September 1st every year. Please pick up unsold summer gear by September 15th, or it will be considered for donation. Any consignment may be considered for donation after 180 days.

Sale Events and Gear Discounts

Any Items in the store for the week of Presidents Day and Labor Day will be included in a store wide sale and may be discounted by up to 25%. This discount will apply for the remainder of that consignment period until the pick up deadline. We want to make sure your gear sells! LPGX reserves the right to discount outdoor gear in the shop if the gear has been in the shop longer than 30 days by 15%, longer than 60 days in the shop by 25%, and longer than 90 days in the shop by 40%, and longer than 120 days by 75%.

Trade Ins

Certain gear that we value under $75 can be considered for trade in. If you are interested in our trade in program, ask our consignment specialist for details! Not all items qualify.
